The original 12 asanas of the hat yoga were created by the swami Sivananda. Swami Sivananda was a man who lived in Rishikesh. The fruit of his labor was completed in the1800 century when he created the 12 asanas of the hatha yoga.

Each of these sequences consisted of one of the basic chakras of the human body. The human body has seven chakras and the hatha yoga consists of doing yoga with the help of basic chakra in the body. The arioso chakra used were crown chakra, eye charka, root chakra, sacral chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, and the solar plexus chakra. Basic hatha yoga sequence 

Headstand

Plough pose

Plough pose helps t increase the flexibility and muscle strength of your back. It helps to keep the back of the person fine and also helps to increase the strength of the spine bone. It also helps to stimulate the reproductive organ of a person and keep the thyroid gland in check.

Fish pose

Fish pose focus on the chest and the throat of a person. It helps to cure the thyroid problem in the body and helps the thyroid gland to function properly in the body. The fish pose is one of the best ways to increase flexibility in the body and also helps to increase the balance of the body.

Sitting forward bend pose

Sitting forward bend pose helps to calm the mind. It helps to keep the mind in check and it also helps to relieve any stress or tension in the body. The sitting forward bend pose helps to deal with any problem in the mind. It is also performed as a warm-up pose before many yoga exercises.

Cobra pose
